- All Sale and Clearance items are a FINAL SALE. All accessories are a FINAL sale

- Merchandise purchased at may be sent back at your expense back for exchange or store credit ONLY! We do not offer refunds

- All exchanges or store credit transactions must be done within two weeks (14 days) of the original purchase date and must be accompanied by a return/exchange form

- All exchanges or store credit transactions must be UNWASHED, UNWORN, SCENT FREE (Perfume, Smoke, Etc.), & STAIN FREE (deodorant stains, make up stains, etc)

- All merchandise is inspected checked for damages and signed off by a Five and Company employee. Although we are careful to inspect merchandise there is the possibility of human error.

- Damaged merchandise must be reported prior to wearing and within 3 days of receiving your order

- Merchandise that is damaged may be considered for exchange or store credit at the discretion of the management only

-If an item is shipped back to us that does not meet our return/exchange criteria it will be refused and shipped back to the customer. You will not receive a credit or exchanged item.

-The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility. We will cover the shipping on the new item being exchanged. Please be sure to track your shipments back to us. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

- Shipping cost will not be refunded on returns or exchanges.

- Since most of our items sell out extremely fast exchange items are NOT guaranteed in stock if your item isn’t available you will be issued a store credit or choose a different item

-Return Form must be included with your order. If you no longer have it you can find it under Return/ Exchange form on website

- Store Credits will be given in the form of an individualized promo code total amount must be used at time of redemption- all unused funds will be surrendered. Store credits/ promo codes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
